Purpose

These terms govern the sale of sports equipment and clothing on the RES-IST online store, between CAFE SRL and any customer acting as a consumer. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs, which are stated before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

Orders

The sale is concluded when you confirm and pay for your order and we acknowledge it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, a stock shortage or other legitimate grounds; you are then refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is due immediately. Accepted payment methods are shown in the footer and at checkout. Transactions are secure; we never have access to your full banking details.

Access to the app's workouts

Buying a RES-IST product gives you access to the free workouts in the RES-IST Training app, available on the App Store and Google Play. This access is provided free of charge and is not a paid subscription. The app may change over time; its use is subject to its own terms.

Health and training warning

Our products are intended for sports use. Training with resistance bands carries a risk of injury. You alone are the judge of your physical fitness; if in doubt, consult a doctor before starting. Follow the safety and care instructions given on the product pages. CAFE SRL cannot be held liable for injury resulting from improper use, from damaged equipment used despite the warning, or from failure to follow these instructions.

Delivery, withdrawal and guarantee

Delivery, the right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by our shipping policy and our refund policy, which form an integral part of these terms. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with Belgian law.

Intellectual property

The RES-IST brand, the images, the texts and the content of the app are protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, email us at info@res-ist.com. We reply within 5 business days.

Failing an agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be) or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Brussels judicial district have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights you hold as a consumer.
