Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

These times are estimates from the moment your parcel ships, excluding delays beyond our control (customs, carrier, weather conditions).

Customs duties outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply on arrival. They are payable by you and come on top of the price paid on the store. The amount depends on your country; we cannot estimate it in advance.

Wrong address or unclaimed parcel

Please check your address before confirming. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it was never collected, we refund the items, less the shipping costs incurred. Re-sending will be charged at the rate for the relevant zone.

Lost or damaged parcel

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or if the parcel arrives damaged, email us at info@res-ist.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a replacement or a refund.
