Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to withdraw, without having to give a reason. If your order contains several items delivered separately, this period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, email us at info@res-ist.com with your order number and the items concerned. A clear statement is enough; you may also use the model withdrawal form provided by European law.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of the items

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached. This applies to tank tops and sports bras. Resistance bands must be unused and complete, in their original packaging.

You may try an item on as you would in a shop. However, if its value is reduced because you handled it beyond what is necessary to check its size and nature, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order. The refund covers the price of the items and the standard delivery costs originally paid.

Damaged items or our mistake

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn't match your order, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We then cover all costs: return, replacement or refund, as you prefer.

Legal guarantee

Regardless of the above, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Belgian law for any defect existing at the time of delivery.
